Dyslexia Services and Support Overview

At Dayton ISD, we provide structured, systematic, and multisensory language instruction for students identified with characteristics of dyslexia. Our program supports reading, writing, spelling, and language development by incorporating visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning.

Our program includes:

  • Early identification and intervention for students at risk of dyslexia.
  • Evidence-based instructional practices to support reading development.
  • Ongoing progress monitoring to ensure student success.
